The Unibox provides individual room control with the use of a thermostatic valve and provides control over surface temperatures with a return limiter or a combination of both. If you have a radiator system, radiant floor heating can now be simplified with the Unibox system. The use of manifolds, mixing valves and additional circulating pumps, in many cases can now be eliminated. Radiant floor heating could not be any easier and affordable.
The Unibox can be used to areas up to 250 sq.ft. of net space and are typically designed for single circuits up to 300′. For larger areas where 2 circuits are required it is important the tubing be the same length and must be used with a “h” fitting before entering the Unibox.
Three models are available:
Unibox E T – May only be operated with a low temperature system and a maximum water temperature of 55°C (131°F). It provides individual room temperature control and is recommended to be installed so the supply water flows through the circuit first and then through the valve. This allows the automatic thermostat to control the desired room temperature. Balancing is carried out at the presettable valve insert. The Unibox E T can be used without an additional radiator providing the heat output is sufficient.
Unit consists of a recessed wall box, internal adjustable thermostatic valve, vent and flushing valve, white cover plate with thermostat.
Room temperature range 7°C to 28°C (44.6°F to 82.4°F) with 100% shut off setting.

Unibox E RTL – Its basic function is to control the return water temperature for a low temperature loop when used on a high temperature heating system. Recommended to be installed so the supply water flows through the circuit first and then through the valve. As the supply water enters the return temperature limiter from the heating circuit and is cooled down reducing the average water temperature. The flow is automatically controlled by a sensor element being in contact with the hot water. The desired return water temperature is set at the hand wheel and can be controlled by adjusting the hand wheel. Normally used in a space where an additional radiator is installed. The radiant floor heating covers the basic heating demands where the radiator takes on the control of the room temperature. Applied to systems with a maximum of 70°C (158°F) hot water supply.
Unit consists of a recessed wall box, integrated return temperature limiter, vent and flushing valve, white cover plate.
Return temperature range 20°C to 40°C (68°F to 104°F)

Unibox E Plus – Controls the room temperature and the return hot water temperature for a low temperature loop when used on a high temperature heating system. Recommended to be installed so the supply water flows through the circuit first and then through the valve. As the hot water enters the return temperature limiter from the heating circuit it is cooled down reducing the average water temperature. The flow is automatically controlled by a sensor element being in contact with the hot water. The return temperature is set at the hand wheel and can be controlled by turning the hand wheel. The automatic thermostat controls the desired room temperature. The Unibox E Plus can operate without an additional radiator, provided the heat output of the floor system is sufficient. As the Unibox E RTL, the application is in combination of a radiator system with a maximum of 70°C (158°F) hot water supply.
