The new $73.0M Global Innovation Exchange Building will serve as a landmark building for the new St. Michael’s campus and a gateway for Wilfrid Laurier University (WLU). The 220,000-square-foot facility will house the School of Business and Economics (SBE) and the Department of Mathematics. To satisfy the demands of the growing technology focus in the region, the building will also contain state-of-the-art incubator space to support business and student interaction and collaborative research. This facility features a large range of teaching spaces, case-study classrooms, two active learning classrooms and a leading edge finance lab with Bloomberg terminals, and three math labs; as well as faculty and administrative offices.
